Title: Team Leader
Reports to: Inside Sales Manager Based at: Lane Cove
SALARY: - 55,000 - 65,000 Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing, driving, mentoring a team of Sales Account Managers. If you are a 2IC ready to make the next step into a Team Leader role or if you are an experience Team Leader wanting to join a dynamic, global business this could be the role for you!!!
- Make sure that the team Maximize up-sell revenue by seeking and attaining opportunities
- Help the team respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email and fax.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Maintain and develop existing through individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Ensure that the team reaches & achieves clear Monthly KPIs and Budgets
Working Hours:
The hours are 9am to 5:30 pm Monday Friday
The Ideal Candidate - You must have at least 1 - 3 years Call Centre Sales experience
