The clientele is across the board from domestic firms up to global multinational brand name corporations. Title: Account Manager PC Hardware Reports to: Inside Sales Manager
Based at: Lane Cove
SALARY: - 45,000 + super + commission Responsibilities: - You will be contacting existing customers by telephone to persuade them to renew existing contracts Support/Service Contracts for File Servers, Printers, Desktops, and Hardware etc.
- Maximize up-sell revenue by seeking and attaining opportunities
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email and fax.
- Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
- Maintain and develop existing through individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Reach & achieve clear Monthly KPIs and Budgets
Working Hours:
The hours are 9am to 5:30 pm Monday Friday The Ideal Candidate
- You must have at least 2-3 Yrs Sales Experience (Preferably Telesales)
- A proven track record in Sales
- An Energetic & Outgoing Personality
- A drive to Succeed and Make Money
