Matt Lodge
Chief Executive Officer
Matt specialises in senior level recruitment counsel to companies seeking to grow their business with high calibre teams, effective executives, and board level representatives for public and private enterprise.
Matt founded RSP in 1999 with an office in Sydney followed one year later by the launch of the Melbourne office. Over the next two years these offices were expanded into a regional network of broker partner alliances.
A recognised and respected regional entrepreneur, Matt has been involved in several successful start-ups since the mid nineties; including two high profile IPO's. Prior to the incorporation of RSP, his main focus was in emerging ICT technologies and wholesale telecommunications companies. He had a particular interest in deregulating markets and their economic impact on neighbouring countries throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Matt has passionately driven RSP's mandate since inception, firmly believing that providing premium, all encompassing, partnership-based service to an exclusive portfolio of clients makes far more sense commercially than simply completing ad-hoc assignments for hundreds of different businesses simultaneously. This cornerstone philosophy has resulted in RSP becoming the fastest growing recruitment company in Australia over a six year period and also one of the one-hundred fastest growing businesses in the country from any industry group. It has also enabled Matt to spearhead RSP's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.
Matt is regularly featured in national and regional media as a recruitment innovator and insightful commentator. He is very much considered an industry authority.
