RSP takes a client brief for a specific job requirement(s). Within this brief, RSP identifies the clients exact hiring requirements. As standard they may include the job specifications, reporting lines, remuneration range, role and responsibility and so on. ‘Intangible’ information such as client culture, human environment and societal and family-orientation working conditions will also be captured.

In tandem with briefing its own internal recruitment professionals, RSP communicates these requirements via written specifications and open dialogue with alliance partner agencies. Partner agency’s accepting the brief then source qualified candidates from a variety of specialist databases, industry contacts and personal networks. From there a short shortlist of ‘best qualified’ candidates is developed.

RSP manages the secondary interview process from presentation of the short listed candidates through to reference checks, ‘the offer’, placement, billing and candidate care. RSP manages the client relationship, contract and placement fee exclusively but provides full disclosure to the relevant alliance partner agency. RSP and its partners accept mutual responsibility for the placement guarantee period and both provide a comprehensive candidate care program to ensure new employees assimilate effectively into their new environments.
